We paid Herbert, we had everyone ready to go, I felt like we could compete with the Chiefs this year. And yet I’m still having a heart attack on the final drive of each game (which we lose), we are still giving up 3rd and 15+ on defense most of the time, our receivers can’t catch perfect balls thrown to them, it’s looking like we won’t make playoffs. I’m just bummed out man.

Chargers fan for life, I grew up going to games at Qualcomm and watching Rivers/LT/Gates. But Herbert is better than Rivers and we still haven’t taken the leap and become that elite team.

I figure others feel the same way :(
