I’m on PBE right now. Experimental Hexplate doesn’t have an internal cooldown. When you use Riven’s R1 and R2, it activates twice. Same can be applied to Kog R.
This means the item gives:
- 55 AD
- 55% AS
- 300HP
- 15% MS
To anyone that has a low cooldown ultimate that can continually activate it.
The item is worth around 4800g in stats if you have the active on. That’s efficiency of 160%, on all great AD champion stats as well.
