I know Subaru talks about only six sisters being available to the naked eye but my picture that I took looks like there’s a different number unless I’m looking at the wrong constellation. Is this 6 sisters or 7?

Yes of course. I have friends in the West suburbs that have millions of stars overhead. I ask how they can concentrate with all the light show above them every night. Haha
Well, technically it’s just thousands of stars, as seen by the naked eye.
But you have to get out of even the suburbs if you want to see them all. Something more like a desert area - e.g. Death Valley - would be best.
Search “light pollution map” and check the maps they provide.
