This pic over on /r/hometheater made me realize that Auralex or GIK cold make a killing selling TV-covering diffuser panels. Something relatively light weight that could be hung over the TV screen to manage reflections(sound).

I’ve been hanging a wool blanket over my TV screen for critical listening, and I imagine plenty of the folks on this sub do the same.
