Jordan Poole has the worst +/- in the NBA this year (-14.2) and I am trying to paint the whole picture by looking at better +/- statistics, such as Basketball Reference’s +/- Per 100 Possessions. But, I am having some issues differentiating between the +/- Per 100 Possessions for “onCourt” and “On-Off”. Based off of the table below (strictly for Jordan Poole) can I draw the conclusion that because his OnCourt +/- is way better than his On-Off +/- that he isn’t the first person to blame as to why the Wizards are so bad? If that is incorrect, what conclusions can I draw? You can look at the full list here for a better reference.

Jordan Poole | -23.1 | -37.2 |
Weirdly enough, if you look at advanced stats and traditional stats as well Bilal Coulibaly has been one of the best young guys in the league. Stark contrast between Poole and Coulibaly. The best and worst of advanced stats all in one league
