Hello! So I recently got the MOES smart switch with no neutral required installed. However, a problem I’ve encountered is when one light in a room is turned on, another light in a separate room starts to flicker like crazy. What is the cause of this??!! It’s got a capacitor installed on both lights

My electrician has no clue too!
