I’m genuinely asking for any tips to counter these players. I’ve lost 13 games now and it all had keyboard users and when they are called out they say and what about it?. I know in other games this is considered cheating, is it not for overwatch? and why?

it is cheating just blizzard doesnt seem to care or taking their sweet time with it. People have mentioned ximming in other games is bannable.
As far as countering hard to say besides diving them or have your tank play sigma or something to block them since they typically play hitscan right? Playing close together would help but who groups up right?
Just thinking off the top of my head since im a pc player but i wish you luck.
Play moira or something that not require much aim, destroy them
Learn how to strafe and maybe get your tank to harass them on dive, or play dive yourself. As a gm dps there are so many and it really is hard to deal with. As a soldier player I find dva really hard to deal with
You can report for hacking, cuz you need a xim to do that, and only POSs use them, also it is actually cheating
All you can do is report them for cheating, write “xim” for the reason, and go next.
They’re dogshit & rely on aim assist with mnk. Unfortunately, you just have to dive them with team coordination. Not much else you can do. You can’t really outpoke them because of their advantage. If I have a known ximmer on my team I just throw the game, I don’t really care about my rank as much as they do
