Raybestos R-Line any good?

I’m looking to get some brake rotors and brake pads to do my own brakes. I drive a 2012 corolla 1.8 automatic. I have two questions if anyone can help:

Are Raybestos R-line brakes any good? Parts Avatar has them for $45 each right now. They say the regular price is actually $125. Are they really worth that much?

. 2. Is there any harm in buying rotors in advance? My brakes are still good right now, but I’m planning on changing them in the spring (April/May 2024).
