        I remember being so excited to watch Dri archer play for the Steelers, seeing what kind of ways they could use that raw speed. But it never panned out. He was a beast in Madden though lol

    Mark Malone, Cliff Stoudt? Those years after Bradshaw were pretty rough.

    Also, our offensive lines between Faneca leaving and Pouncy being drafted all sucked donkey dicks. Take your pick from that bunch.

    Moncrief was ass and didn’t do anything this team, so much so he was like cut after Week 2 of that season

    I think he’s the worst FA signing in a long time

    The first several decades of our history is littered with misfit players and reject coaches. Obviously most of us dont remember the steelers of the 30-60s but rest assured we had plumbers and longshoremen playing defense

    Limas Sweed “cost” us a few games and in 2009 we were indeed one game out. However considering how they’re winning this season it seems ridiculous that the 2009 offense with Ben, Holmes, Ward, and Wallace would need Sweed to win them games. They could and did blow people out along with a dynastic defense that was suffering injuries in between dominant seasons. Crazy that this season has had thus far the same result when our QB and OC are both much much worse. Our defense has even suffered similar injuries at DE and safety. The rookie class are huge difference makers this year though, absolute bomb draft.

    Can we even blame Ben on his final season when his OC was Matt Canada? Is it possible Matt was making Ben look worse than he was? I know Ben was already at the end of his career bit I wonder how different things would’ve been without Canada.

    I’ll throw Fitzgerald Toussiant into the ring. Maybe not worst, but infamous.

    As an aside, his Wikipedia is a trip down not good memory lane of the terrible RB depth we trotted out there from 15-17.
