Got my OLED Deck last night, and had one hell of time swapping in my 2TB SSD. At one point I was stuck in a boot loop while trying to reimage, and my last resort became reimaging the 2TB drive on my LCD Deck.

Went to plug a Logitech KBM dongle into it via a USBC to USBA adapter, and got nothing. Kinda shrugged it off. This morning before I left for work, I tried plugging in a flash drive to transfer games from my PC to Deck. The flash drive would not be recognized at all. After getting home I began the troubleshooting process before sending in an RMA.

When booting from the boot manager, the flash drive is visible, and selectable. I then proceeded to plug in my USBC Hub to test that. It outputs to a display no problem. The Deck also now recognizes the KBM dongle, and any flash drives, but only when they’re plugged in to the hub. The LCD deck does not have this issue, and I can use either the dongle, or the flash drive just fine when directly plugged into the Deck.

It’s currently bugged. You have to have your devices plugged in, then fully restart your deck. Your devices will then work until you unplug them again.
