I’ve had my apple watch for about a week and the ‘bulb’ on the back of it does tend to dig a bit into my wrist with the watch band it came with, if I tighten it enough to not move on my wrist. I saw this thing on a youtube video but it seems like it is out of stock and not coming back as the company itself is closing out sales entirely. Does anyone else make watch bands like that?

But in case it’s a legitimate unfamiliarity with the watch’s function:
The back of the watch is where many key sensors are. If you obstruct it you’ll lose a lot of functionality.
