Ron’s not concerned with records like “Wins and Losses”. He’s focused on “The Process” and “improving each year”.
Winning off the field but spoken in a new way. Why worry about Wins when we can “develope” over half a decade.
He could have been fired at any time this year. Tomorrow is no different. At this point the new ownership is more than likely fine with them losing out the rest of the season for draft value. Del Rio might go before the season is over, but I highly doubt Ron will go before then.
Yeah after being the “stabilizing presence” for the last few years while the franchise endured turmoil, I imagine they will attempt to let him go with some dignity.
I honestly hope they just go to him and tell him they have to let him go, but give him the option to resign or retire. He looks like he’s got no fight left. And I’d like to see him go with his dignity
