High CPU Usage

I have a Ryzen 7 7700x and I’m getting “High CPU usage” when playing games and it causes a momentary studder/ pause on my PC. I’m not understanding what’s going on with it. My temps stay 75-90°. It also happens when im only playing games. No music apps or discords open either. Any help would be great!
