That’s it. I’m just sad man, I live in a more economically screwed up country and the amount of money we can spend on games here is kinda limited. It’s good to know that if you spend money on a battlepass, you can use those cosmetics for a year and be able to sell them afterwards to recoup maybe like, 15-25% of what you spent to use it on another game or another item. I got some games that were on my wishlist for over a year, and won’t be buying them because of the “bugged” items that can’t be sold.
Like, ok, maybe valve prefers we don’t rotate money from the market right? After all they did change the fact that immortals can only become tradeable after a year has passed in the first place. I just wish if they are so unwilling to resolve this issue and keep people from selling their bp items, at least they could be upfront about it and say when the battlepass is released “Those immortals won’t be tradeable anymore, we are changing how the system works”. I mean, There was a github repo reporting this bug created 3 weeks ago, along with many others similar to it and still nothing has been done.
Btw don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying I’m impossibilitated from ever buying a game, or that I’m in dire need of money and spending cash on virtual items. I’m just saying that, like many people I imagine, I have a fixed budget to spend on my hobbies and this bug is a massive feels bad that will make me lose good deals on the sale.
More like 10 dollars for the queen immortal bro, at the very least. And I don’t know in which world you live in, but when you pay for a product (and boy did that product demand payment) and it doesn’t convey the expectations you and the selling party agreed to, you have the rights to, and should, demand some kind of compensation or for the situation to be resolved.
