Hi everyone,

I am travelling from Montreal to Miami with my 11 year old son. We have tickets for the Pacers game next week and he is really excited to see real NBA players for the first time (and mine too). We will wear white, we will either eat at Julia & Henry’s or in Wynwood before and or after… but what else? Any tips? Is the Nike store in Brickell a destination spot we can grab something for his older brother who can’t make the trip? We are staying in Miami Beach, any tips on spots to hit and things to do, we are takers. Planning on a day trip to the Everglades, a visit at the Museum of Science, hopefully some sporty Hobbie Cat sailing… we are adventurous and takers for anything fun. THanks Miami.

When I have a car, I like going to Calle Ocho to eat a sandwich!

Tips about the game: get there on time! It takes a long time to make ur way in. Be there an hour early for the best experience and so u could for sure catch the player intro.

They don’t accept large bags inside and this includes women’s purses / handbags.

The arena doesn’t accept cash. Everything is card only.

If you are sitting lower bowl and near it (I believe it’s around section 114) go out to the East Plaza during half time. Here u can get a view of the water and south beach and perhaps the cruise ships.

The arena has a big Miami Heat store on the first floor (before u go up the escalator). Other smaller shops can be found
