I’m running out of ideas for social media and blog posts. It feels like there’s only so much I can write about.
Where do you typically draw inspiration from? Competitors? Certain social media accounts? Content marketing blogs?
Any help would be appreciated!
I like to look at what competitors are doing and do a hybrid model of all the best things I can take away from each of them.
Content marketing and audience building is a highly tiring job. I am speaking from personal experience.
I have started working on something which solves this problem for me. I am only targeting twitter right now and using AI to automate some of my tasks. This tool will save me almost 1 hour daily.

- Demo of cool AI tools and just wow content - astonishing stuff for shares
I always come back to them when I am trying to build content, again I am no where near perfect content creator but this is what the content board looks like and then I have created a custom chatGPT prompt with my best posts and video script combined to fuel into this 3 buckets, though chatGPT is good with the scripts a lot of times I can only use maybe 30-40% of it only.
What is the niche you are creating content for.
I find that our customer give the best content ideas what is mean is this if they ask you a question about something turn that into content.
I’ve been writing social media and emails for clients as a copywriter for the past 3 years, definitely faced some issues with finding new ideas myself…
But what helped me so far is consuming lots of content from industry leaders, and also reading things outside of your niche
For example, I was reading this interesting story of how an entrepreneur made 100K/month reselling Buc-ee’s merchandise from a random website, and I turned that into an email for my client for their coaching program.
Ended up doing really well
I like to set general monthly themes depending on what’s relevant to my audience. Then it helps to have a weekly “trend report” to see what topics your audience is currently talking about and figure out how you can insert yourself/your brands into those conversations. I also draw some great insights from marketingideas.com and I find it really resourceful.
Look out for relevant News for your industry and post your thoughts about it .
I’m in the groove of creating daily videos, and I’ve found that repeating the same content build repetition . So, I’ve decided to focus on one topic or type of video and create a hundred of them. Currently, I’m at video number 12, and I’m thrilled to see some traction building up. If you’re on the lookout for fresh content, consider generating a list of 30 questions related to your industry. Start with 10 that are beginner-friendly, followed by 10 that delve into medium-level intricacies that the average person might not know. Lastly, throw in another 10 about aspects of the industry you don’t particularly like. This diverse approach can keep your content engaging and appeal to a broader audience."
