I need some help.I recently discovered that i have frame drops every 10 seconds on every game i play.And i have a Ryzen 5800X processor and RTX 3050 Ti gpu.I tried updating the drivers and closing all the apps in the background.Nothing seems to work.
I’d check the task manager to see if something is unusual first.
Like check memory , network , disk , CPU to see if any thing is unusually high
Then try to find a way to check your GPU or GPU temp to see if it is thermal throttling
If nothing stands out I’d consider getting more ram / SSD
