I wish there was a daily discussion to ask this, but I hope such a post is the correct place to do so. Warren was exceptional this last week in an otherwise dismal offence. He has been good the entire season in a mostly dismal offence. He seems to get more yards than Najee. This is all in an offense that struggled with OC, OL, play design etc. why is he doing well and others aren’t? Has he figured something out about how to play in this offense? My major contributors:
-
BroJo. Broderick has been a very good addition to the OL and has helped Warren go from good to better. But why isn’t that happening with Najee? Najee is a talented back and might not be the pick we thought he was, but surely he would have improved as well?

Warren’s build and style. Warren seems to be a downhill guy that embraces first contact. Which is great when that usually is in the backfield. Najee, for all of his size seems to hesitate a bit too much and NFL players aren’t letting you get away from that.

Someone else was calling running plays. Warren was so good and the lanes were so clear that it can’t be the same play design as previously. And then maybe this was changed after his 70yd TD and Najee ended up getting blown up in the backfield. I know it makes no sense but like, why?
he plays with alot of heart something that is getting rarer and rarer every year unfortunately
