How come a hero such as Naix is no longer a counter to beefier heroes anymore, especially in a meta where heart can be rushed?

Cause u can just walk out of Firestorm. He’s not very active around the map, even with his global upt. The hero doesn’t use gold effectively compared to other offlaners. A primal beast with 8k gold is a lot scarier than an Underlord with almost twice the gold.
