Hey, I have an audio issue with windows right now and I’m hoping someone knows what’s causing it. I’m currently experiencing some popping and crackling sounds on my Onexfly gaming handheld PC when it first boots up to the windows log in screen when the windows startup sound appears.

This seems to happen almost everytime I start up the OXF. The sound when in games after that seems ok, it’s just the popping sound is happening on the windows startup sound on first boot. I’m wondering is this happening on anyone else’s PC’s here? And does anyone know what could be causing it or how to fix it? This isn’t happening on my other ROG Ally gaming handheld PC at all, that boots up fine each time with no sound issues.

I’ve seen someone on the official Microsoft support forum post about a similar thing, possibly a bug in windows 11, but I’m not sure if it’s related or not.

I’ve uploaded some videos to show what I’m talking about, let me know if you can tell what’s up.
