I recieved a refurbished 512GB LCD Steamdeck 5 days and there’s a major problem… Steamdeck has become my WHOLE PERSONALITY. I talk to my friends about it all the time, I’m always thinking about how happy I am and have even worked it into my love life, she said she liked the size of my deck and wanted to hold it, she did and used up all my ammo in fallout 4

I haven’t had my own game system in 10 years since Xbox360 and I’m in just absolute awe with how well the deck handles AAA games. I’m playing fallout 4, just cause 3, skyrimjob, Star Wars battlefront (2004) and skater XL and I’ve had nothing short of what feels like a full gaming experience. With having that big screen in front of my face it feels no worse than playing my friend PeeS5 All but one of these games is “verified” yet run perfectly basically out of the box. I’m completely tech illiterate but it’s easy. Bro the current steam sale ahhhhhhhhh

I thought I’d have to buy a monitor or tv and console to get back into AAA gaming but I don’t. I gotta get a case or something cuz I’m afraid I’m gonna be separated from my deck somehow.

Only prob I gotta be honest is I think the controller is kinda mid. Maybe it’s my big ass hands but it’s not comfy and for some reason shooters are harder to aim (makes no sense since it’s got dual thumbsticks), EZ fix doe… hook up a controller

So yeah the problem with Steamdeck is it’s my whole personality and I have the rosiest of glasses and y’all are casualties of it for reading this. I know a lot of you have the OLED or finally got a deck cuz reduced deck, feel free to tell me how your experience is

      You have very misunderstood me, I’m on a steam deck sub gushing about my Steamdeck, I just tried to be goofy about it. Maybe it was the last sentence of my post where “y’all are casualties of it” I meant that as if you made it all the way thru my post you’re a casualty of my personality being the steamdeck.
