A lot of people hate on “NPC” colors like white, black, grey, and I’ve even heard blue.

I think there’s nothing more “NPC” than to pick a different (and sometimes ugly) color just for the sake of being different. It reeks of “I need to feel special”. If you love a specific yellow or green on your car that’s great but if you’re just doing it to avoid having an “NPC” color, you’re the NPC.

I know this post will be unpopular because the r/cars take is “grey bad!” so I expect a lot of downvotes by the “actually my Civic is orange because I’m just so exciting as a person totally not boring!” crowd

    One real issue is some of the boring colors like greys and beiges and blacks can blend into the road sometimes and people won’t see you on the road and lane change into your ass or back into you cause they werent paying attention and thought your car blended in
