In spring of 2021, I really started liking football. Loved it. After the season started, I wanted to get into the NFL too. Since I’d seen the Lions had an awful record (they’d just lost to the Broncos or some other orange team) at 1-11-1, I decided that if I ever got into watching the NFL, I would root for the Lions. Since I live in central Iowa, I’m almost ALWAYS out of the market to watch the Lions, but I try to watch them whenever possible. Am I considered a bandwagon for liking the Lions when they were at there lowest yet I don’t (due to the fact I can’t) watch them?

You actively decided to root for a 1-11-1 team with 31 other options… that might make you crazy but doesn’t make you a bandwagon fan.

    We’re happy to have you!

Who cares? Like what you like, and enjoy what you do.

I’ve been a lions fan since my earliest memories 30+ years. Watched every game of the Owen season.

I CAN NOT STAND, people gate keeping being a fan. Stfu and let people enjoy something you salty bitches

Just continue rooting for them man. I am from a country where NFL is not a big deal the only reason I watched it cause I was amazed by OBJ 1 handed catch. He was teamless after the rams so I started following goff cause I felt bad about how People act like Mcvay controlled him into being a good QB.
