I recently updated to 3.5 and now all my game wallpapers do that slowly moving/zooming effect. I have turned off every CSS Loader setting and it is still doing it on all the default settings. I can’t stand this effect and it never did it before the update to 3.5. I’ve looked in all of the native deck settings and there’s nothing. Please help this is driving me crazy.
