Her family knew about it seemed to be fine. So will local Orange County prosecute? Unless a DA is gung-ho but the family will need to comply for it to be successful. Even then, it’s doubtful he’d get the hammer dropped. Probation would be the most likely outcome.
If he didn’t fly her out to OK - then okc won’t /cant prosecute her
Feds probably won’t either even if he did fly her in, as the juice isn’t worth the squeeze for them in a consensual relationship despite the age. Only way they MIGHT is if they exchanged explicit pics since that’s officially underage pornography which they take seriously. But this isn’t really the profile of cases they take for child exploitation otherwise.
