Before Ron got here it was like by the end of every season for the past 5 seasons we’d have at least 20 guys on IR our for the season every single year. It was a big reason why the 2017 and 2018 seasons fell apart. And we would have the most obscure lineman and DBs starting for us by the end of the season. Not to mention during 2020 he did a tremendous job making sure none of our guys were out due to COVID (although he got really unlucky the year after).

Obviously Ron has to go but I applaud him for doing whatever he did to limit the amount of guys going down for season ending injuries. If only the team was actually good enough to the point where it mattered who we had on the field

Wasn’t it 2021 season that the lineman had to wear name tags at practice because they had to rotate in so many new guys?

If actually quite concerning to me that we have so few injured players yet are still playing like one of the worst teams in the league…

Terrible positional coaching. Players drafted under this regime haven’t gotten better… the stars were drafted before Ron… and they def have taken a step back this year

He’s a guy to right the ship and get you to mediocrity but can’t take you beyond that. Should’ve been gone years ago
