Help with switching SSDs and the operating systems

I need help switching SSDs between 2 devices. I do not care about losing data as I want clean installs.

I have a ROG Ally running windows with a 2TB SSD and a SteamDeck with a 512GB SSD running SteamOS.

I simply want to have the 2TB SSD in the steamdeck running SteamOS and the 512GB SSD in the Ally running Windows.

What would be the easiest way to do this?

I have usbs I can create into bootable drives and a SSD enclosure if that helps.
