As far as i know i had it once to way worse and as long as u dont see the white tissue from the tire ur good even then depends on rlly how bad it is u could still drive it but i would not advise so but with what u have on the picture u have nothing to worry about put your nail in the scar and see if its deep but looking at it its just the visable part so nothing to worry about u can drive the tires till the end of their normal days
