Stuck Engine Mount

I’m trying to take the engine mount out of a 2005 Sienna to replace the control arm. The top bolt just won’t budge. I’ve soaked it in penetrating oil, whacked it with a hammer and tried a crow bar. It won’t move. Any tips or suggestions I can try to get this thing loose?
