I am Guardian III and well deserved. Because I am not playing well. I recently got back into the game after not playing for years.

What really annoys me is that there are very rarely players who care about their team above their own farm. I am not just talking about that one Carry guy, who has his team muted and spends all game either dead or in the jungle.

I mean Supports and Offlaners who do walk around the map, but they obliviously run past a Watcher instead of spending the 1,5 secs to essentially get a free ward on the map. When we control the map, everyone is out farming, instead of taking a Tormentor. Which would be a free 1400 Gold item for one of us that improves the strength of the entire team. And taking Roshan has also gotten pretty rare.

This stuff is not that hard. And I don’t see how taking map objectives could hurt us.

And somehow support items are also super rare. I used to play a lot from 2013 to 2015. Back then Mekansm was a standard on every Support. We now have so much better stuff, like Guardian Greaves and Boots of Bearing. Why are they so rare?

Is it because I play at such a low rank or because I play with guys with low Behavior score? Or is that just Dota these days?

(Mine is around 7,5k, but I regularly play with people who can’t even use text chat and write on the mini-map what we do with our mothers and how little intellectual capacity we posess).

I heard that you also get matched with people with a similar behavior score. If that is true, having a higher score may atleast mean, that I get less abuse from my team.

I was just in a game where I was Support as Dark Willow and Lvl 2. My Offlane Viper went in a 1v1 vs Wraith King when I was not there. As a ranged hero he just stood still and facetanked Wraith King and his Skeletons. And when I had just arrived he pinged me and wrote “Use your abilities idiot support”.

Like Shadow Realm or Brambles could have saved his face from getting smashed in at melee range.

In situations like this I would love to talk shit back or just leave. But then my behavior score goes down the drain, too.
