Adding my fico score in case it’s useful but I’m NOT a us citizen or resident.

Hsbc left US for retail so I gotta find a new credit card WITHOUT foreign transaction fees

My investment accounts are in the US so I want to have a US BASED card.

Any suggestions? Maybe fintech companies are offering something I can open remotely? I’d really appreciate your tips.

Debit might work too but credit card feels much safer: I might buy a very expensive flight ticket due to an emergency. I’d be safe from scammers and scammy businesses.

Extra details: At hsbc, they first closed my checking account when they exited US retail. I kept my credit card. Then they replaced my credit card with a premier one. Then they closed that one too. — I have accounts at some US high street banks but they don’t offer what I need afaik. I applied for a popular travel card over the phone, got rejected. — I don’t have SSN. I was a US resident, but never a tax resident.
