Mark is immune because of his dad, but what about more human supers?

Mark wasn’t affected at all, I wonder if others like immortal would have similar resistances.

Could they use the powers too? If they got dupli-kate could they clone themself? Would they only clone kate or would the sequids attached be cloned too? If it’s only kate, would she be herself or would she still be controlled? If a clone got taken how would it affect the main body?

I’m curious what everyone’s thoughts are
