Unfortunately 2 weeks ago my account which is the only one I have ever played on got banned whilst I was sleeping, I only saw that it was banned after finishing work the next day.
My reason was just “account closure”
I have seen that there is a megathread for COD false ban class action and I was wondering if there was anything similar for overwatch 2. I did pay to play the game just before it became overwatch 2.
I have never cheated in any game, I have never thrown or griefed as it’s just not fun to be on the receiving end.
If I had cheated I wouldn’t still be high gold/ low plat.
I just play the game for fun so I seriously don’t know what’s going on.
I have clarified that no one else has had access to my account with blizzard and the only response they are now giving me isn’t even a response. They’re just saying “we cannot disclose our processes”…
Time to buy 10 sim cards for £1 each and make some new accounts I guess.
My bad for saying someone was afk once, getting silenced and not speaking ever again! I’ll never speak out again, I could end up in prison being so careless in my actions!
i feel like with the silence they sort of had precedent to ban you? not saying you deserved it but if you had the silence on your account, and then false reports after that, the sheer volume of reports could’ve gotten you banned. probably stacked with the punishment before
