Max Christie first start was a disastrous -19 and team worst for the Lakers. He was the only starter who was a net negative and by far the worst.
Starting a 2nd year guard was too much pressure to try and play against Kyrie might’ve been too premature and too soon for Christie to handle.
With Reddish and Vando out, would it be better if the Lakers start big instead? Either Rui or Wood to start the game?

Would’ve been a perfect time considering Mavs are ranked in the bottom of defending the paint. Instead, Lakers never capitalized on it and ended up getting out rebounded in the first half as well.

Rui hasn’t been playing well the last couple of games at least for his standards but I think he has more than deserved the opportunity. We don’t beat Memphis last year without him.
Why does he deserve it he’s playing awful ; he got hidden by playing only in good matchups . Another useless signing by the wirst gm in the league
