Alfa 159 strange sound coming from steering wheel/dashboard

My 159 has makes these weird sounds that are kinda electrical and at the same time analog coming from around the dashboard or steering wheel.

I can’t really explain it other than it kinda sounds like a CD being read by a drive.

Anyone has any idea what it might be?

For more context the car is a 1.9 159 SW diesel and the sound doesn’t really have a pattern. I think it happens randomly, sometimes after a couple minutes of driving, sometimes it doesn’t make a sound and sometimes it happens after some time driving
