Even though we’re in a weird spot pick and age-wise, it feels like some kind of move would need to be made to keep our players happy?
We got players like CamJ and Mikal in their primes and roleplayers like Royce and DFS in the beginning of their 30’s.
It seems like they want to compete at some level and while Ben is the big question mark it feels like we’re just wasting time here, also not owning our picks for the next few years.
Exactly. The only way this can be achieved is some how extracting our 2024 pick from Houston but I’d imagine that would cost us DFS at the minimum and that is only if the Rockets don’t expect it to be a decent lottery pick.
