Let’s assume Terry returns in the next 2 or 3 games. And health for the most part across the team, is a non issue. The Hornets near mid season and trade deadline and are in playoff contention. Who do you see as the most likely piece to be moved? Is it still Gordon? Does Richards have good enough value to move? Thor? With the lack of depth being shown in his absence, I doubt Terry goes anywhere unless it’s a busted season.

I’m surprised Nick hasn’t been talked about for his value. He’s a double double machine with the right minutes. Is he better suited as a Williams backup or could be find a partner in need of his skillset?

This post is unnecessary… what type of player would the Hornets bring in? Or do teams trade just to trade now of days? Idk any player of value that is available.

You dont know who is available now or would be by midseason. Hence why it’s a hypothetical. Lavine is already on the block and I think he’d be a massive play with LaMelo but no way I see the Hornets taking on another 45 million salary.

Zach will only go to a contender. Again there’s no high value player who will not buy out their contract if traded to the Hornets. This only creates division amongst the team.

They should trade Gordon to get value out of his expiring. Letting it expire is a waste of resources.
