A couple of guys from London will be at MetLife today for our first game… I had some questions please!

It will be our first tailgate - is there anywhere in particular you recommend?

We are mid 20’’s so I don’t know if that helps guide you! Any tailgating tips would be appreciated as we have no idea what we’re doing!

What time would you recommend getting to the stadium and also into the seats? We are Section 301. Can you buy beers in there?

Is the area going to be bouncing after the game or do you think Thanksgiving weekend will calm it down a bit?

Any advice very much appreciated.

You might want to consider buying a ticket to a tailgate party I think tailgate Joe’s is popular; doing the tailgate yourself is a very large logistical challenge, especially if you are just visiting. I would get to the game around noon or one at the latest and spend a few hours in the parking lot, drinking beers and eating food at the tailgate and then headed into the game around 230p.

We were very tempted with the parties but seemed very pricey and quite liked the idea of walking around (if it’s a thing). Brilliant we were aiming for 12 so that’s really good to know!

If you don’t have a dedicated car, go to a paid tailgate. It’s totally worth it. If you’ve never been to Manhattan go check it out after the game, but it’s not for me. If you still want drinks and you are younger i’d go down to the bars in Hoboken

Go early, I went to my first MetLife game a few weeks ago vs chargers and it took about an hour getting into our parking spot. We only had about 20 mins of tailgate time before we had to head in to make player intros
