My laptop is Acer i7-8th Gen with graphics card GeForce GTX 1050 Ti.

The monitor won’t run unless I plug it through the wall. I even tried it on my PC which is an i7-10th Gen with graphics card GeForce GTX 760.

What kind of laptop can run this monitor or any other monitor without needing to plug them to the wall to get power supply?
