Hello everyone,

I recently made a post on a PC subreddit because I want to play modded Minecraft and other games and I asked for advice. And someone recommended me to buy the Steam Deck, since it apparently has the perfomances of a PC. I want to play with one or two mods at a time for Minecraft, and playing with not high FPS doesn’t bother me. Most of the other games that I want to play are not too heavy, I think a Nintendo Switch Oled could run them, so I don’t think it’s a problem. There’s also heavier games that I want to play but if I can’t it’s not that big of an issue.

So for you, should I buy the Steam Deck for what I want to do ? And if yes, which one ? Also, will I be able to play the other games that i bought with steam on it ? And what would be the heaviest game that could run on a Steam Deck ? Could it be able to run a game such as Red Dead Redemption 2 or High on Life ?

I know it’s a lot of questions but I really have no idea on how powerful the Steam Deck is, so any help would be apppreciated :)
