Hes also 9th in steals per game. Hes still obviously a negative defender but he’s been putting in a lot more effort on the defensive end.

Trae is nowhere near the worst defender in the league anymore. Still below average, but not even close to the worst.
He’s easily better than Dame, Hali, Brunson, and Ja defensively right now.
