I am way more productive when Im travelling than working from my home base. Did someone just become a nomad just because of this?
Honestly, idk about my adhd being fixed lol but I have found a decrease in my anxiety, eating less (from less stress), and more enjoyment in my day to day. I’ve been able to establish better habits like I used to smoke cannabis multiple times a day, but now even in Bangkok I’m not really interested in smoking, and definitely don’t feel like I “need” to. I barely even drink.
I feel more well rested, more attune to my physiological and emotional needs too. I think all this contributes to my symptoms of ADHD
This is amazing. Thanks for sharing your observations.
Exactly what I was thinking in terms of how nomading might affect this condition.
Wish you great travels and productivity.
Do you get the same effect by getting out of the house, such as to a coffee shop or something? I’m actually curious as to how that’s working for you. Either way, congrats! and that sounds like a good excuse to continue nomading
