Dear Community,
After the “Report System update” I quickly went from 10k to 12k behavior score, there were minor setbacks when people spam reports to try out the new system. Valve made an update and gave me like 800 behavior score back, from that moment it only went up. I was happy till a few weeks ago.
Now since a few weeks my behavior score is droping (10700 points now) and there is no reason for it. I wanted to test out if I annoy people with chat or chatwheels or pings. So I tried the following for 15 games:
- removed my shortcut to type in chat (team chat and ALL chat)
- removed my mic shortcut
- removed pause
- removed 2x chatwheels
- removed hero chatwheel
- Join every team fight if posssible
- Do NOT ping anything, not ping go atack, not ping deaths of team mates, not ping abilities
- Try hard and try to win every game
- Get like 50-60% winrate
- Only playing turbo, since I hope people do not report if you lose a game because they are mad
- Only playing support, except 3 of 15 games
No guess what happen to my behavior score? It drop 55 points receiving 11 reports in 7 different matches, 3 communication reports, and getting 25 positive commends.
In case you ask for profile or stats, I will not share anything since it does not change the fact that the report system is totally broken and full of bugs. It’s time for people to trust a man’s words. Many people have the same problems but are not posting here. Valve needs to fix their game or soon many people that enjoy to play the game will drop and cant use voice or chat anymore. I do not want to know what happens to the game quality below 10k behavior score. Until there is a fix I will play other games and spread the news that we should boycott this broken game. If Valve does not care about the game anymore go sell it to another company or make it open source so that the community can patch it themself. DotA is one of the best games on this planet and Valve is ruining it.
