DK had a dismal 3/9/32 statline last night, but he still drew a third of the Seahawks’ total targets. It seems like he’s still the Seahawks receiver to own, but if they start to figure out that they have other weapons at receiver and/or Geno quits targeting him to the exclusion of other options, he stands to lose that target share.
As a Seahawks fan, I see this as the biggest problem with their offense at the moment, and the most obvious thing that can be fixed at this point in the season, which stands to further reduce DK’s questionable value ROS.
Geno underthrows him constantly. This dude is NBA player size, fast as fuck and can jump five feet in the air. Just overthrow him and see what happens.
Imagine if lockett got those 9 targets. He would of made use of em.
