An utter Dota 2 beginner here, coming from League of Legends. In general I have some minor experience in Moba genre.

Let’s just say that when I was finishing Dota 2 tutorial and scouring trough all the characters, I instantly locked my sight on Broodmother, because well, it’s a spider.

The thing is that when I tried to blindly play here against bots I felt under performing in comparison to bots. So my question is, is the Broodmother worth learning? Or maybe is there some stepping stone of similar character that would let me ease into the playstyle?
