How we feel about gettin the sloppy seconds on Derek Barnett? He’s obviously not Grady, but our DL is in desperate need of more talent, and Derek would instantly be our second best interior DL after Onyemata (maybe third, depending on how ya feel about Calais on the inside).
If we claim him off waivers, we’re on the hook for his contract, right? But does he clear waivers if we just sit and wait?

I believe if we claim him then yes we are liable for his contract…
If he clears and he is willing to play for as close to the Vet minimum as possible then we should heavily consider it…
