I was searching this thread for an alternative to dreamhost which has unlimited monthly traffic. I found this Black Friday link from a year ago which still works!

ionos has a low tier starting at 2€/month for 10GB storage, 500 MB ram, 100 Mbit unlimited traffic.
I don’t know if they had any black Friday sales, that is just their base offering. I am very happy with the server I have.
