Did anyone else receive their limited edition OLED steam deck and it just didn’t work? Wouldnt charge or turn on, already put in a request with support.

    Exact same boat. LE OLED completely DOA. Doesn’t seem to be accepting a charge but the charger works for other devices just fine. I’ve never seen the screen turn on or the light next to the charging port

    Got mine in earlier today, and I have the same issue. Doesn’t turn on, and when plugged into power the charging indicator doesn’t even turn on.

      The cmos reset that Tyler mentioned in this thread worked for me! I recommend trying it.
