I think people “realize” just fine. Not doubting his skill but I really don’t want to hear any more about players needing to be culture fits from the coaches for awhile. It was opportunistic nepotism is what it was. And he can be as good as he wants but he’s injured, and if he was riling up his team and hitting his teammates extra hard in practice it’s just not worth it. Let’s not forget about the ski mask stuff either. That was fun.
