I feel like this might be pushing it but I’m trying to come from out of town for the Rams game. Is it hard to find an Uber after games and how bad is the traffic to the airport?

Between check-in and security, little chance at best.
A 6:05 flight you would want to be at the airport by 5:00 game ending 4:ish, there just isn’t enough time.
